Can my attorney request a change of bail after the arraignment?
Once bail has been set, your attorney can ask the court to review the bail if there has been a change of circumstances, such as new evidence that calls into question the charges against you. In very limited circumstances the court may decide to change the bail. Likewise, the ADA can also request a review of bail “upon good cause shown”.
