Can the conditions of bail change?
Yes. If there has been a change in circumstances your bail can be changed in the future. Changes in circumstances can be your failure to appear for scheduled court appearances, dismissal or addition of charges, a change in the evidence against you, etc. Keep in mind that bail can not simply be brought up by you or your attorney at any time after arraignment and the reasons for revisiting or rearguing bail are very limited.
