Should I contact a bail bondsmen?
A bail bondsmen can help assist you with issues of bail and can act as a surety to guarantee to pay the amount of your bail if you do not show up in court. Often the bail bondsmen will need to obtain security against your property and will write bonds for 10% of the value of the bond. Our office works with a very selective number of bail bondsmen, who we know will be truthful and work tirelessly to get you released as quickly as possible, and we would be happy to refer you to someone you can trust.
