Where do I pay bail in New York?
If bail has been set in your case, and you are still in the courthouse, then bail can be paid directly by a friend or family member to the clerk in the courtroom. If you have already been transported from the courthouse then you can have a friend or family member post the bail at the facility where you will be housed. The locations for paying bail include the following:

- Manhattan House of Detention (The Tombs)- 125 White Street, New York, NY 10013
- Queens House of Detention- 126-02 82nd Avenue, Queens, NY 11415
- Rikers Island– 11-11 Hazen Avenue, East Elmhurst, NY 11370
